Man City vs Paris FC player ratings: Bunny Shaw scores brace and Chloe Kelly dazzles as Gareth Taylor’s side progress to Women’s Champions League group stage

City won 3-0 that night, confirming a massive 8-0 aggregate victory over their French opponents.

Manchester City came into this Champions League qualifying second leg against Paris FC with very little pressure, having won the first leg 5-0 in France and it only took them a minute to take the lead; Chloe Kelly pressed high and intercepted a pass from the Paris FC goalkeeper, touching the empty net in the process.

And Kelly became provider before the break, latching on to a superb pass from Laura Blindkilde Brown and passing a cross to Bunny Shaw, who coolly finished off.

Shaw was brought down in the box around the hour mark and won a penalty, before stepping up to score.

It was a peace of mind for City at all times, thanks to the work done in the first leg.
