Georgina Rodriguez reveals how she felt after Ronaldo left Manchester United for Al Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo’s partner Georgina Rodriguez has revealed she was “very relieved” when the Portugal captain left Manchester United to join Al Nassr.

Ronaldo left Manchester United in December 2022 to join the Saudi Arabian side.

The former Real Madrid striker had returned to Old Trafford in 2021 after initially leaving the Premier League giants in 2009.

However, Rodriguez was not happy with the treatment the 39-year-old received at Manchester United.

“The (Real Madrid) fans always chanted Cristiano’s name, Cristiano was grateful to hear the chants and see their affection for him,” Rodriguez said via Football Transfers.

“We know that wherever we go, they will continue to applaud him and chant his name as they do today. I was very relieved when Cristiano left Manchester for Al Nassr.”
